We’re an inclusive, friendly group and maintain balance between competing (for ongoing musical improvement), performing, and socialising.
We practise on Monday nights at Geebung in Brisbane’s northern suburbs, and welcome new players.

Even if you’ve never even seen bagpipes or drums up close before, there’s no time like the present to learn to stir souls via some great music.
We teach piping and drumming from scratch, supply all music and materials, and can advise you on the right equipment you’ll need to start your piping or drumming journey. Our structured learning program means you’ll learn to play the right way from the start – so you have a great foundation to set you up for success.
You don’t need to be Scottish or have any musical background to give it a go – we’ll teach you to read music (pipe band music can be a quirky beast anyway) and most of our players aren’t Scottish by birth or heritage. We just love the music and community!
You’re also never too old to begin! We’ve got learners who are in high school, in their 70s, and everywhere in between.
